GRAN TURISMO 5………..2008 for the PS3

One of the hottest titles coming in “08″ will be Gran Turismo 5. If you are familar with the series then you know the fans call this game a driver simulator. I’m a huge fan of the series and can’t wait to get my hands on the “next-gen” edition. No real info on what kind of content will be in the game but here are some cool screenshots and a list of just some of the car that will be available.

NFL STREET RETURNS IN 2008

You guys remember NFL STREET? The last game that was put out was really…….in a word…….PATHETIC!!!!!! It was nothing like the original, and we all know if you mess with a good thing you can really mess it up. I liked the NFL STREET idea it was fun,and simple. Well the guys at EA BIG have decided to bring it back this time it is called NFL TOUR. With the same gameplan as NFL STREET,but with a few tweeks. EA BIG has promised a better and more exciting version this time. There are better stadiums and better plays, and since it will be on the next-gen consoles (PS3 & XBOX360) the graphics are sure to be awsome. I will keep an eye on this one for you guys. The scheduled release is supposed to be in late Jan. ‘08. We all know too well that that maybe or may not be the case. Check out the cover boy Shawn “LIGHTS-OUT” Merriman.

Wii Christmas Wishlist 2007

If you haven’t heard there is a 3rd console out there, and it is sweeping the nation. Wii Wednesday is just the latest fad. For those who don’t know what Wii Wednesday is. A bunch of friends get together on Wednesday and play the Wii console. Because you actually move while playing the Wii, You get some exercise, blood punping, SWEAT!!!!!!!!!!! ( no other console can do that). So here are the games that should make your Wii Wednesday a better one this holiday season!!!!!!!
1). Tiger Woods 08: This is a game everyone will enjoy and also test yourself against the great one.
2). Resident Evil the Umbrella chronicles: I’m so jealous! This is one of the best games and they didn’t even put it out for anyone else but the Wii.
3). Trauma Center the New Blood: The video game version of operation…lol…It’s a lot of fun.
4). Medal of Honor Heroes 2: WWII first person shooter and you have to use the Wii-mote…mmm…….interesting.
5). Metroid: This game was a side scroller on the Nintendo DS and Gameboy. Now it get its chance on the big console. So far so good.
6). Mario Strikers: This is Mario soccer!!!!! with all the power-ups and characters you’ve come to know from the Mario Bros. series.
7). Super Mario Galaxy: This is the highest rated game in america today. Like Halo for Xbox If you don’t have this game, then you don’t have Game.
8). Madden 08: Starting to get the picture now???????? Holidays and Football! nuff said!
9). Battalion Wars 2: The world is at war and you are the only one to save it. ok,ok, not that serious, but its a fun multi-player game and you get to drive tank,ship,plane and blow stuff up!
10). Zelda, Twilight Princess: this is the Second highest rated game in america and a Nintendo powerhouse. Great graphic,gameplay,story! If you don’t have it, Get it!
These games should keep your Wii Wednesdays live and entertaining. PC gamers your next up so stay tuned!!!!!!

XBOX 360 Christmas Wish list

Ok you Xboxers out there!!! Here is the list of the hot games that should be on your wish list this year.
1). Assassin’s Creed: This is a serious contenter for game of the year.
2). Smackdown VS Raw: Rasslin at its best! the graphic,story,24/7 mode all nice!
3). The Orange Box: uuhhh! 3 in 1 box of games? All the games not bad.
4). Need for Speed: Tuners! Tuners! Tuners! and did I mention Hot Tuners?
5). Mass Effect: Must have for the RPGer! are you good or evil? You decide
6). Madden 08: Need i really explain this one?
7). Halo 3: This game is the best Xbox game ever!!!!!!
8).Guitar Hero3 and Rockband: Both of these games have nice tunes, both are fun for everybody (as long as you know the songs!! lol)
9). Call of Duty 4: WWII shooter, graphics are sick, gameplay is nice as well
10). BioShock: this is a sci-fi gamers dream!!!! Shooter mixed with a little sci-fi horror!
This is just some of the hot titles out for Christmas. They should be on your wish list. Wii Players have’nt forgotten you guys. Got a list for you next!!!!

Must haves for PS3 (If you wanna be taken seriously)

So you went out and bought a shiny new Playstation 3. Nice! What now? There are a few gamers in your neighborhood and you want some of the respect they are getting. Gamers are no longer geeks, nerds. Some of them are female and very hot. There are tournaments to enter and some money to be made. It’s kinda like an entry level rock star. Before you get to that you must have some games that will make people take notice (know how to play too please, don’t just buy and let it collect dust). I’m here to help. Here are 5 games that you must have to be taken seriously by other gamers.
1. Madden 08- If you don’t have Madden then you don’t have game, bottom line.
2. Smackdown VS Raw 08- because of the intense fighting style and button techniques, this game will have you fingers and brain warmed up for any game.
3. Need for Speed- Do I really have to explain this????? Ok, Gamers are competitors. Racing is just another way to compete and with street tuners they look good doin it. Most of the female gamers play the racing games and are damn good (tired of us guys saying they’re lousy drivers)!
4. Tiger Woods 08- Golf is boring to watch but for gaming it is as intense as any other game. You need game plans and some times have to take risks in golf.
5. Call of duty 4- Must have a first person shooter! Rainbow Six is good too if you can get either or. These games show your hunting ability and craftiness. Are you a straight up run-n-gun or do you have some kind of plan? Most gamers have a plan before they start any game no matter the title.
So get some or all of these if you want to impress your neighborhood gamer and learn to play. Even if you lose the first few never ever refuse to play again.

MASS EFFECT for the XBOX 360

You are walking along the sands of Mars you come across 3 of your fellow bretheren beating the hell out of a martian citizen. Do you
A: join in the fun and get your kicks in?
B: try and defend the Martian?( those guys arent that tough)
C: just keep walking its none of your business?
In the game Mass Effect those are the kinds of decisions that wait for you. The question is what will YOU do? Set 200 years in the future Mass Effect tells the story of Betrayal,Treason,love,right and wrong. As you play you will have to make choices,this will determine the way the game goes for you. You can choose a response(good,evil,neutral) throughout the game. You don’t have to choose the same kind of response everytime.Depending on whats going on at the time you will choose. This game has excellent graphics and the handling is second to none, character creation mode is a definate plus and is really deep in this game. Well what did you expect from BioWare? These are the same guys that brought you”Star Wars- Knights of the Old Republic” series.They have done it again. My only problem is that it is only for the Xbox 360. Hopefully PS3 fans will get a try at being good or evil.
