Ryan’s Hope- Packers 42 SeaHawks 20 !!!

Saturday, January 12th, 2008 |

Brett Favre

The GreenBay Packers will move on to the NFC championship game with Lambeau Field behid them the Packers put a beating on the Seahawks.  The Seahawks started out fast by scoring two touchdowns off of turn overs and the Seahawks went on top 14-0. The Packers came storming back and tied up at 14.  The Packers took the lead in the 2nd quarter Farve threw his second touchdown pass to Jennings and the Packers went on top 21-14.  Then the Ryan Grant show was on and did ever put on a performance. Grant rushed for 201 yards and 3 touchdowns this was the best rushing performance in Green Bay Packers history.  This also ranks at No. 7th all time in the history of postseason play. The loss by the Seahawks is the 7th straight road loss. Farve for the day was 18/23 173 yards with 3 TD’S and no interceptions.

GUNSLINGER RIDES AGAIN!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Tuesday, January 8th, 2008 |

nfl_u_favre_412.jpg

This will not be a game you want to watch.  Seattle just does not have enough to knock the Packers out of this game.  The Pack are riding high on the arm and brains of the “GUNSLINGER” B.Farve. R.Grant has stepped-up to be the run threat the Pack needed.  The Defense is young and likes to hit and they tackle extremely well.  Seattle’s only hope is that the Packers will be looking ahead to the next game and not concentrate on them.  Seattle is a inconsistent team, they play well enough to win.  They will have to play better than that to beat the Pack.  Understand the Pack are the feel good story of the year and B.Farve is going out with a bang (IF he decides to retire).  I just don’t see how a B offense will beat a A+ defense and its in Lambeau, the frozen tundra, cheeze-head country!!!!!!! The Hawks have had a nice run, but the jig is up.  I know the Holmgren and M.Hasselbeck are coming back to where it all started for them, hell Holmgren has a street named after him in Green-Bay.  It will not be a welcome enviorment for them.  Although stranger things have happen in football don’t think anything strange will happen here.
