They’re only 8 percent players that are African American and play the game of baseball. Jimmy Rollins is one of the 8 percent and he is one of the few players in MLB history that can call himself a MVP. Rollins for the 2007 season had a batting avg of .296 30 HR 94 RBI and add 41 stolen bases. Matsuzaka stared out on the hill for the Boston Red Sox in Coors Field last night. In the beging of the season the Red Sox paid 103 million to sign the ball player and throughout the season Matsuzaka did not live up to the big time pay day. I guess Matsuaka was just waiting for the World Series. Matsuzaka pitched 5 plus scoreless innings and also up at bat drove in two runs to help the Red Sox pound the Rockies at Coors Field 10-5. “If we don’t win it’s ok there is always next year.” Manny Ramierz said since that statement the Red Sox have won 6 in a row and seemed to have things going there way. The Red Sox now lead the World Series 3-0.
