-A year ago the Lakers were the laughing stock to NBA fans. Lakers got blown out by 39 Kobe walking off the court with Boston fans cheering and people like your’s truly feeling great the Kobe did not win a championship without Shaq O’Neil. What a difference a year makes I know must post this and say this with me KOBE BRYANT IS IN THE TOP TEN GREAT PLAYERS EVER. Bryant on this journey for his championship had to learn what it is going to take to become a leader and that he did. Bryant leadership was able to elevate the play of Trevor Ariza,Pau Gasol and Lamar Odom. These guys are a direct refelection of Bryant leadership. Kobe who his 4th Championship last night in Orlando and for the 1st time in his career was a NBA Finals MVP. Bryant looked happy but very humble at what him and his team accomplish. Bryant I salute you and the Lakers for making dudes like me eat every single word about you not winning without Shaq O’Neil..

-”We saved our best game for last here, or maybe we caught our opponent a little bit off stride,” The Lakers who put away the highly talented Denver Nuggets with there best performannce of the playoffs are now on there way back to the NBA finals. The Lakers who are the best 12 man roster in the NBA but the problem is can they step up and play hard every night in the playoffs. Pau Gasol of the Lakers had this to say”We are really tough to beat because we’re using all our weapons, not focusing on Kobe or myself,” said Gasol, who had 12 rebounds and six assists. “We have a really good team and need to use everybody. That is how we are going to win it.” And as we all know this is all also about one Kobe Bryant. Truth be told to stop all the Lebron James and all the Kobe tell me how there ass taste freestyle by Shaquille O’Neil and to finally get the respect he wants from all the fans and NBA Kobe must win against the Orlando Magic. The Lakers who at times during the playoffs seem to be lazy and just didn’t give a full effort it was a direct hit on what type of team leader Kobe Bryant is fair or un fair that’s the way everyone and you’rs truly sees it. Kobe is no doubt is one of the best players to ever put on a NBA uniform but team leadership skills is what is’being questioned. This is not just on Kobe but the rest of the Lakers must step up and prove they’re worthy of wearing the purple and gold.

-Kobe Bryant prove why before you say who is the best in the game you better remember he has three rings. Bryant scored 40 points and was the best player on the court. Carmelo Anthony for the Nuggets went off as well but Kobe was the story here. Kobe may not be the best player in the NBA but last night he proved he is the best closer. Bryant scored 18 points in the 4th quarter and was able to give the Lakers a 1-0 lead in the best of 7 over the Nuggets. Moving forward the Lakers will need to get more production out of the rest of the Lakers to win this series but yesterday Bryant made a statement. And it was I don’t care who may think is the best you just better spell my name right Kobe Bryant.

Kobe Bryant had to show a prove tonight that he is still the most dangerous player in the NBA. Tonight the Rockets tried to bully the best team in the NBA and all that happened at the end is that they made the black momba Kobe Bryant mad. Bryant and the Lakers who were coming off a bad loss to the Portland Trailblazers. Now had to go to Houston who have been playing solid basketball winning 11 of 13 without Tracy McGrady. Bryant and the Lakers also was coming into the game without one of they biggest weapons and that is Lamar Odom who missed tonights game due to leaving the bench during a fight between the Blazers and the Lakers. Bryant who was shut down in the 1st half by the Rockets only scored 6 points. In the second half Artest and Bryant seemed to get into a big time jawing match and out went Bryant and in stepped in the Black Momba. ” He should know to never to trash” thats what Bryant said about Ron Artest. Kobe went off in the second half scoring 31 points and the Rockets and Artest was left with no fuel as the Lakers took out the Rockets. The Lakers with the win have the best record in the NBA at 51-13 that is a half game better than the Cleveland Cavaliers.

Kobe vs. Lebron here we go. Not this all about finally Lamar Odom becoming what has been talked so much is his potential in being a great player. Odom who started comming off the bench this year and by many to be traded by the deadline this season now has become a key factor for the Lakers espcially since Andrew Bynaum is out 8-12 weeks. The Lakers comming into Cleveland today was taken on a Cavs team who has never lost at home this season. The Lakers really seemed to be in trouble before the game started due to Kobe Bryant had the flu, but it was the Lakers as a team who stepped up and played there best game as a team. Lead by Ododm who had a season high 28 points and 17 rebounds. The Lakers played excellent team defense against the King Lebron James who shot 5-20 from the floor and only had 16 points. Phil Jackson before today’s big game had this to say “They all wear No. 23 and help him throw that [expletive] up in the air when he’s at the scorer’s desk,” Jackson said. “He gets away with murder, on top of it, on his home court.”I’m just saying, it’s home court,” he said. “There are going to be more fans who will be involved in every bump and grind and whatever happens individually to him. Those things will affect the decisions of referees.” King James response “Me get calls?” he said in a disbelieving tone. “You guys know Phil. He always makes a comment before a big game or rivalry game. He always says something to throw people’s focus off. But you guys know that I don’t get as many calls as I should get. We’re not going to go there.” I’m pretty sure James and the Cavs will remember Jackson comments if they meet again in the NBA Finals. The Lakers so far this season snapped the Celtics 19 game winning streak also there 12 game streak and snapped the Cavs 19 home game winning streak. Hate it or love it the Lakers are the best in the NBA and the road to the Championship might be through L.A.

The Los Angles Lakers returned to Boston after last year being embrassed in the finals in Boston by losing by 40 plus points. But this is a new year and the Lakers were trying to prove that they have heart and is not afraid of going up against the powerful physical Boston Celtics team. The Lakers were supposed to be at a disadvantage due to Andrew Bynaum being out with a knee injury. Also comming off a tough back to back with Toronto last night no one can blame the Lakers if they come in a little sluggish agains the world champs, but damn that this is the Lakers vs. Celtics so throw all feelings out the window and let’s get it on. The key in the 1st half was the bench scoring by Eddie House for Boston he was hitting three pointers and keeping the Celtics in the game. The Lakers were playing solid but a familar problem came up for them his name was Lamar” were your ass is at” Odom? Odom looked to be getting out man and head coach of the Lakers Phil Jackson had this to say about OdoM” Kobe will need to shoot a lot more if Odom who close to the basket don’t shoot.” In the second half things got a little physical with Kobe and Rondo got into it getting a technical foul called on both players. And in the fourth quarter Kevin Garnett fouled out so the Celtics the rest of the way had to play without Garnett. Bryant rosed to the spotlight and hit a clutch 3 pointer to tie up the game and send it to overtime. In overtime Lamar Odom decides to show up hits some clutch free throws and plays some tough defense and the Lakers come away with the win. The Lakers with the win have the best record in the NBA at 40-9 and they snap the Celtics 12 game winning streak. Now all the Lakers have to do is go to Cleveland and beat the Cavs on there floor for the first time this season and snap there home winning streak at 22.
