Ok N.Y. lets cry. I am about to puke. The unthinkable has happened. Boston maybe taken over the sports world, The Boston Red Sox lead the AL East by 7 games, Randy Moss is now a Patriot and last but not least Kevin Garnett Mr. double, double is now a Boston Celtic. Oh yeah let me not forget they have also added Mr. “He Got Game” Ray Allen. This is not far fetch to say this but area of Boston maybe having a trio of Championships this year. New York, New York big city of dreams, not no more we may have to go ahead and call Boston “OUR DADDY.”

Bill Walsh!!!

The greatest NFL mind in football passed away today at the age of 75, Bill Walsh coached 3 Super Bowl Champions 82, 85 and 89 he also won 6 NFC west division titles. The man who coached the greatest quarterback of all time Joe Montana, The hall a fame quarterback had this to say about the late great Bill Walsh” “Bill pushed us all to be perfect,” Montana said years later. “That’s all he could handle as a coach, and he taught all of us to be the same way.”
NAME: William Ernest Walsh.
BORN: Nov. 30, 1931; DIED: July 30, 2007
BIRTHPLACE: Los Angeles.
COACH: Three Super Bowl titles with San Francisco (1982, 1985, 1989); 6 NFC West division titles; 102-63-1 overall in 10 NFL seasons; 17-7 at Stanford from 1977-78, then 17-17-1 there from 1992-94. Also assistant coach with Oakland (1966), Cincinnati (1968-75) and San Diego (1976). Mentored many NFL coaches and assistants.
FAMILY: Wife, Geri; two children, Craig and Elizabeth. Son Steve, died of leukemia at age 46 in 2002.
HONORS: NFL coach of the year 1981; NFC coach of the year 1984; NFL 1980’s All-Decade team. Named 49ers general manager in 1982 and president in 1985, then took both positions again from 1999-2001. Elected to the Pro Football Hall of Fame in 1993, as well as the Bay Area Hall of Fame and Stanford Athletic Hall of Fame.

Mayweather Vs. Hatton

Pound for Pound champion Floyd Mayweather Jr. will be stepping back in the ring again. On December 8th 2007 he will take on Ricky Hatton the junior welterweight champion. The fight is suppose to take place in Las Vegas. Floyd Mayweather Jr. Who said he would retire after defeating Oscar Delahoya has now set his focus on beating Hatton. Hatton record is 43-0 31 KOs has called out Mayweather and now he has responded.
“We’ve agreed to the fight,” Leonard Ellerbe, Mayweather’s close friend and adviser, told ESPN.com. “We’re excited that Ricky Hatton is stepping up to the plate. It’s like this — he asked for it and now he’s gonna get it.” The fight will be promoted by Golden Boy promotions. Hatton is very close to signing an exclusive deal with the Golden Boy promotions. The battle of the undefeated is going too happened the night of Dec. 8th.

The NFL has distance itself more from Mike Vick.  You cannot purchase the Mike Vick Jersey on the NFLShop.com. “We have suspended sales of Vick-related merchandise on our official league e-commerce site NFLSHOP.COM.  This includes Vick jerseys and collectible items such as autographed balls and other memorabilia.” Brian McCarthy NFL VP of Corporate Communications.  Reebok the maker of the jersey’s had this to say. “While we respect the legal process we find the allegations against Mr.  Vick too disturbing to ignore.”  Nike Corporation has suspended their contract with Vick also without pay.  They will no longer sell Mike Vick merchandise.  The only place you can pick up Mike Vick merchandise is at on the 365 store which is owned by the Atlanta Falcons.
