YOUR FIRED-FLIP SAUNDERS OUT !!!

Reports are coming out of Detriot. That head coach Flip Saunders has been given his walking papers. Saunders has taken the Pistons to the Eastern Conference Finals three seasons in a row. Saunders posted a record during the regular season 176-70. The General Manager of the Piston Joe Dumars had this to say.
“Decisions like this are difficult to make, especially with the success we have had throughout the last three regular-seasons,” Dumars said. “However, at this time, I feel it is necessary to make a change. I thank Flip for his hard work and dedication, but it is time for a new voice to lead our team.”

Antonio McDyess last season in the Eastern Conference finals was left sitting on the bench in game 5. You all remember this was the night Lebron James went off on the Pistons. McDyess was looking rejected and knew that his team blew the chance of going to the NBA finals. McDyess wasn’t with the Pistons back in 2004 when they won the championship, and now McDyess out of all the Pistons seems to be the one that wants it the most. McDyess after the loss in game 3 was reportedly preaching while the team was a video of game 3. McDyess was reportedly saying” WERE GOING TO BE ALRIGHT.” and if last nights performance by McDyess is any indication then the Pistons will be on there way to the NBA finals. Read more

The Detriot Pistons came into game 3 with taking complete control of the series. The Pistons if they win will have a 3-0 lead and will be looking at and easy way to get to the Eastern Conference Final for the 6th straight season. For the Magic this a desprate game for them they haven’t beat the Pistons in the playoffs in years and they as a team knew if they didn’t win game 3 and 4 this series is over. Read more
