A little after midnight history was made. Brett Farve three time MVP and SuperBowl winner is on his way to the J.E.T.S. Now if you know the history of the Jets this not in there make up. The Jets are not known for getting a big time player. Not since broadway Joe Namith the Jets have not ever gotten themself a big time offense player. What does this mean for the Jets? Well they’re trying to win right now. They’ve rebuilt there offensive line and got the young kid Verhon Golston from The Ohio State. The Jets might not make it to the playoffs, but they’re at least for the first time in almost 40 years the talk of the NFL by getting Brett Farve.

The Madden curse should be over now right? Putting a retire legend on the cover of Madden will take care of all the bad luck of NFL players who graced the cover and then have a bad season or get hurt to be out for the rest of the season but there is one problem Brett Farve has kind of hinted coming back this week on David Letterman he just smiled and did not give a straight answer if he was retired. In a local paper he was reported saying if Aaron Rogers got hurt it will be tempting to comeback to play in the NFL again. So the curse may live on as far as your’s truly believes the Madden cover is undefeated and not even a 17 year vetetran can beat it.

Yesterday a Florida couple gave birth to twins and named them Brett and Favre. Dave and Emily Kinsaul live in Florida but they are die hard Packer fans. Coincidentally, they gave birth on the same day that Brett retired. Now I know I don’t have the best name in the world but this is just as bad as that poor boy who was named Espn. WTF?????

In a shocker in this year NFL off season. Brett Farve 3 time MVP winner and Super Bowl winner after 17 season is calling it quits. Farve has done it all and leaves the game he love the most on top with most touch downs 442 touchdowns 61,655 yards Farve threw for and 288 interceptions. Farve also in his career went to the pro bowl nine times but this is not just a regular retirement there is more to the story. Farve wanted Randy Moss and felt that the Packers didn’t go for Moss stronger and this maybe why he has left the Packers but maybe not football?

It was negative 1 degrees for the start of the Giants Vs. Packers and you heard all the stories on how the Giants wouldn’t be able to handle this type of weather and your truly was one of the people that thought the Farve magic and the elements were to much for the Giants to handle. (more…)
