Roger That………..

Sunday, January 6th, 2008 |

In this image captured from video and released by CBS News on Thursday, Jan. 3, 2008, baseball player Roger Clemens is seen at his Katy, Texas home, on Friday, Dec. 28, 2007, while giving his first interview since being accused of using performance-enhancing drugs by his former trainer in the Mitchell Report. During the interview, aired on CBS's '60 Minutes' Sunday, Jan. 6, 2007, Clemens said he might be willing to take a lie-detector test, was 'shocked' close friend Andy Pettitte used human growth hormone and said — again — that he probably will retire. Mr. Clemens your interview with Mike Wallace is done and in the can ready to air Sunday night. Your constant denial of steroid use sickens me. Your best friend said he did it and he was sorry and you haven’t heard the slightest peep from anyone in the media towards Andy Pettit. You sir without a doubt are the biggest name from the Mitchell report. Everyone else has pretty much admitted that they did it, they gave their reason, and decided to apologize for it. You on the other hand deny, deny, deny. Congress is next for you on the January 16th. Will you take the Rafael Palmeiro approach or will you take the Mark McGwire approach? Now can we lay off Barry Bonds for a minute and focus on someone who has deceived us all. Not me though there was something that just kept telling me Roger Clemens’ on that stuff. Thank you George Mitchell for making me look smart.
