GO HAWKS-Hawks 87 Hornets 79!!!

The Hawks has done something in they haven’t done in 11 years and that is start the NBA season off at 3-0. The Hawks yesterday beat the Hornets and was lead by a 4^th quarter surge by Ronald Murray who had a total of 14 points and the leading scorer in the game Joe Johnson lead everyone with 24 points. Josh Smith played outstanding defense on the Hornet’s David West. Smith had 11 points and 11 rebounds the Hawks out rebound the Hornets 45-35.The Hawks have seemed to pick up right were they’ve left off with the big 7 game series with the Boston Celtics. The Hawks who lost Josh Childress in the off season who is now playing in

Italy has maybe gotten better without Childress. Lead by Ronald” Flip” Murray and Maurice Evans these two are the sparks coming off the bench and has become a scoring threat for the Hawks. Hawks next game will be at the Phillips Arena at home Friday when they take on the Raptors.
