Upton Baby- Rays 9 Red Sox 1!!!

The Rays are still rolling. The Rays yesterday beat up on the arguably the best picther that was in the post season Jon Lester of the Red Sox. Lester has been the ace for the Red Sox in this post season. But last night the Rays showed Lester why they’re the A.L.East Division Champs. Upton hit a 3 run homerun in the 3rd inning and Longoria the rookie hit a 2 run homerun also the Rays had a 5-0 lead and didn’t look back. The Rays roughed up Red Sox pitching. Lester went 5.2 innings gave up 4 runs and 8 hits. As for the Rays Matt Garza was solid. Garza went 6 innings gave up 1 run and had 5 strike outs. The Rays with the win is now leading the series in the ALCS 2-1. Game 4 tonight will have the pitching match up of Tim Wakefield for the Red Sox. And for the Rays it will be Andy Sonnanstine. By the way David Oritz for the Red Sox has now gone 14 games in the post season without a homerun. Can the Red Sox surivive without Oritz hitting homeruns? Highly unlikley!!!
