Greg Oden kick off his NBA career yesterday.  The 1st round pick in the 2007 NBA draft was solid with 13 points and 5 assit.  Oden played 20 minutes. But there was another rookie who look good also for the Trailblazers.  Rudy Fernandez the guard out of spain who gave the USA mens basketball team a hard time in the gold medal game look good solid also, Fernandez scored only 6 points but had 5 assit and this is coming off the bench. The Portland Trailblazers with Brandon Roy and LaMarcus Aldrige added with the two freshman should get into to the playoffs this season in the western conference.  By the Portland beat the Kings 110-81.
