NO DEFENSE- Texas 45 Oklahoma 35 !!!
The Red River Shootout live up to its name yesterday. By scoring 80 points yesterday between both teams the most in there historic matchup. Oklahoma in this game lead the Longhorns twice by 10 points twice in this game. But the problem for the Sooners was no DEFENSE. And that also includes being horrible on special teams. The Sooners had no answers for Jordan Shipley caught 11 passes for 112 yards and ran back a kick off for 96 yards for a touchdown. Chris Ogbonnaya who rushed for the 1st time in the whole season for 100 yards. Ogbonnaya who rushed for a total of 127 yards. The Longhorns who are not known for running the football was a key factor in this game. This was the reason why the Sooners lost the game ball control keeps the high offense off the field. At the same time when Oklahoma now has offense stars up and down there roster but NO DEFENSE. But Texas has a stud on defense something the Sooners don’t have. Brian Orakpo 6″4 Senior defensive end causing havoc for Sam Bradford. Bradford had a solid game 5 touchdowns with 2 interceptions. But DeMarco Murry the sophmore only rushed for 6 yards on 7 carriers. The Sooners recivers with Iglesias 7 catches for 92 and my pick who I fell in love with was Tight End 6″6 Jermaine Greshman the Junior 265 pounds. The best talent on this Sooner team. Greshman will be in the NFL 1st round pick. Now with all that said for the third time this seson already there will be a NEW No. 1 team in the CFB.
