AFC East winner-New England Patriots this is still the team to beat in all of the NFL. Please don’t get caught up in the Tom Brady drama and his foot.  Brady and company will be the most feared team again and this is a team that went 19-0 but lost in the Superbowl might be even more dangerous with eveyone trying to count them out. Randy Moss broke the single season record in touchdowns look for Moss to continue to assult the defensive coverages in the 2008 season. Wes Welker will be the no.2 reciver and will be solid but look out for a break out season for Jabar Gaffney.  Gaffney will what Donte Stallworth was last season for the Patriots. But there is and issue defense. You got to be worried about the Patriots they got exposed a little bit in the superbowl.  The old dudes such as Rodney Harrison, Junior Seau and still suppose to bring back John Lynch this is got to be the last run for this old man gang defense. But the Patriots might have a rookie of the year on there team. And it is at the line backer position with Jerod Mayo.  But all that said the Patriots will win the AFC East.

AFC North winner- The Pittsburgh Steelers with the additions of Rashard Mendenhall at running back and Limas Sweed at Wide Reciver the Steelers who have a brutal schdule will win the division due to the other teams in there division being not as good. And I still have no faith in the Cleveland Browns no defense and the running game with Jamal Lewis being at suspect. The Steelers will win the NFC North Division.

NFC South Winner- The Colts are coming into this season with a lot of questions and they all have to deal with is health.  Marvin Harrison,Peyton Manning on the defensive side of the ball Dwight Freeney and Bob Sanders and oh I almost forgot Jeff Saturday the Center for the Colts.  This maybe a problem espcially with the Jaguars on the rise but the Jaguars have had a horrible offseason when it comes to the player staying healthy and out of trouble.  The Jaguars with Matt Jones and player fighting for his life in Richard Collier who is now fighting for his life after being shot.  The Jags also has got some off field issues that must be addressed. As for injuires they have theres as well Jerry Porter and Jones Drew I don’t see the Jags making it this year give it to the Colts.

 AFC West Winner- San Diego Chargers will win this season.  The Chargers grew up in front of our eyes last season in the playoffs.  Norv Turnner now has the team that trust him and also they have will run through a brick wall for quarterback Phillip Rivers with one leg he played in the championship game with a lot of heart and almost took this team to the superbowl. Now with Thomlson, Chirs Chambers, Vincent Jackson and Antonio Gates the Chargers look strong on the offsense side of the ball.  But the defense is a problem with Shawn Merrian and his knee this may hurt the defense and the team in the long run but they’re strong enought to win the West.

Let the bandwagon begin with H30. The Jets will be in the postseason this year as a wild card.  The big reason is a great offensive line with DamienWoody,Alan Fancea and D’Brickshaw Ferguson the offensive line should be well improve for the Jets.  And with Brett Farve under center gang green will win at least 10 games and be in the wild card this season.

Teenessee Titans may have the best coach in the NFL with Jeff Fisher.  Fisher has been able to keep this competive eventhough they’ve lost a franchsie quarterback with Steve McNair.  Now with Vince Young the coming into his third season.  The Titans will be a team who don’t have the great reciver but the might have the best one, two punch in the AFC. Lendale White and rookie sensation Chris Johnson.  On the defensive side I really look for Albert Hanesworth to have a break out season.  But the downfall for the Titans might be Vince Young. Here a guy that must step up and become a more better quarterback with his accuracy. If Young doesn’t do that the Titans will miss the playoffs. But I belive in Jeff Fisher and I truly think Fisher will get this team in as a wild card.
