What is going to happen this time?

This is the biggest challenge that the USA Basketball team has faced in may years, getting passed the Argentina team that has caused them so many problems in the past.

The most sufficient difference between the current team and the previous teams is that this particular team is playing like a team and not a bunch of individuals trying to go for theirs on the biggest stage. They have placed all their egos aside and have one common goal and that is to bring a gold medal home in Men’s Basketball.

The leadership of Kobe Bryant has given the edge back to the USA team because he is not willing to do anything less than to bring the gold home. He has taken it apon himself to guard the best player on the other team, making it more difficult for that player to get their shots off. He is the engine that is making the team run. The rest of the team is just feeding off of the energy that Kobe is bringing and they are just going out there and destroying the other teams. This is a trend the is going to continue in the Argentina game. It maybe close in the first half but expect it to be blown open in the second.

This USA team is now showing why we are so feared on the hardwood.
