The Tampa Bay Rays have one of the worst home fields in baseball.  The Stadium is dark the fans don’t really support there team.  And when  a big time team like the Cubs or Red Sox come to town a good part of the crowd is cheering for the visiting team.  But despite all that the Rays were 30-13 coming into last nights game.  James Shields threw six innings gave up five hits and one run.  And put the high scoring Red Sox bats quiet.  For the Rays at bat Upton,Gross who both homered to help the Rays pull of the 5-4 victory.  The Rays who now lead the American League East by 1.5 games now.  And have the best record in baseball at 50-32.  Can this ride continue for the Rays? Will see tonight as they take on the Red Sox again.  By the way the Red Sox have not yet this season beat the Rays at home.  So what did I say about home field advantage?
