HomeRun Derby Classic !!!

Justin Morneau won the 2008 homerun derby last night. But the story was the show Josh Hamilton put on. In one round Josh Hamilton hit 28 homeruns. Which broke the record of Bobby Abreu with 24. Hamilton who now plays for the Rangers had the stadium rockin last night. Hitting shots as far as 500ft. But in the final round Hamilton ran out of steam. And the Twins catcher Morneau pulled away and won. Josh Hamilton who set a record last night, with 28 homeruns in one round had this to say.I got a chance, when I was in the middle of that [home run] streak, to look up and see my mom and dad and family and everybody, just absolutely laughing and cheering. And I mean, that’s priceless. A huge part of his sucess last night in the homerun derby was, Hamilton’s 71 year old Claybon Counsil pitched to Hamilton to help set the record. Hamilton will be starting tonight in the All Star Game.
