NBA DRAFT

Sup people!!!!!!!!! I’m back from a very exciting trip in Baltimore. I must say that the people in Baltimore are some of the most loyal fans. I mean look at the Orioles and the Ravens, both teams are not very good, but they still pack the stadiums and the people are full of some very interesting ideas on how to make their beloved teams better. So welcome to the Sideline show Baltimore fans and thank-you for your hospitality. Ok while I was away I’ve been listening to all the talk about the NBA Draft coming up this thursday. I was very disturbed by comments made by Derrick Rose. I have no problem with a young player wanting to go to his home team, but to say if the team does’nt pick him first he would be crushed is a little over the top for me. I mean you are about to go to the NBA it should not matter where you go as long as you go. Anyway the Bulls would be crazy not to pick this guy. Rose is a aggressive point guard and could give the Bulls a floor general that they need. So what happens to Kirk Hinrich? there lies the problem. You have 2 first round point guards someone will have to take a back seat. More than likely it will be Hinrich. Maybe a trade for a solid player or another pick. The Bulls really underachieved based on the talent they have. Then you have Micheal Beasley a double-double forward that the Heat could definately use if they want to keep D-Wade in Miami. The Heat will also need a Point Guard or Center to get this team back in the hunt. J-Will or White Chocolate is a servicable Point, but his inconsistent play hurts the Heat and you can’t expect D-Wade to handle all the backcourt duties. As for the Center spot Mark Blount is 32 and is definately no SHAQ. Beasley will need someone to take some of the pressure so he can get those double-doubles on a consistent basis. Next up will be the the Timberwolves, after letting K.G. go this team is rebuilding and they need a impact player so look for them to grab O.J.Mayo a shooting guard that will arguably be the best player on the team. Mayo needs to work on his off court problems so he won’t have any distractions on the court. Mayo’s shooting stroke has a lot of people a little taken back , but that can be worked on with the coaching staff. So there you have it the top 3 picks in the NBA draft that I see, what do you think?
