Hooray For HollyWood-Lakers 103 Celtics 98 !!!

Game 4 was one of the biggest comeback in NBA history. The Celitcs who at one point was trailing by 24 came back and beat the Lakers. With all the sucess that Phil Jackson and Kobe Bryant has had in the past. There were talk going around that the two legends in the game. Got out played and got out coached. Coming into Game 5 the Lakers knew it was due or die. The experince of Phil Jackson and Kobe Bryant will be needed it to just win in L.A. ” If you ask me before the season starts, you got three shot to win the NBA Championship I would’ve jump at the chance.” Kobe Bryant.
The Boston Celtics try to win a Championship on Father’s Day. The Celtics has not won a Championship since 1986. Last night Game 5 the Celtics started out badly. The Lakers jumped all over them again. At the end of the 1st quarter the Lakers had a 17 point lead. But in the second quarter the Lakers went 7 minutes without scoring. And got outscored 30-16. Kobe who had 15 in the 1st quarter had zero in the second. But for the first time the Lakers had a better 3rd quarter than the Celtics. Out scoring the Celtics 24-18. The Lakers was able to hold off the Celtics and escape with a win 103-98. The big turn around for the Lakers was Lamar Odom and Pau Gasol who had a combine 39 points, and 26 rebounds. In all for the Lakers there were 5 players in double figures. Lead by Kobe Bryant who had 25. Lamar Odom had this to say “We didn’t want to see any champagne popping,” Odom said. “It wasn’t easy. I wouldn’t expect it to be.” As for the Celtics Paul Pierce scored 38 points played real good defense on Kobe. But the disapointment for the Celtics was Kevin Garnett. Garnett got into foul trouble early and just could not get right. Garnett was 6-11 from the field scored 13 points. And without Kendrick Perkins out due to injury. The Celitcs needed Garnett to have a big game. Boston had only 3 players in double figures. And for the first time in the Finals, the Lakers backcourt out played the Celtics backcourt. At the end of the game the Lakers team turned around and thanked the crowed in L.A. for the support throughtout the season. Now the Lakers are on a task that has never took place in the NBA Finals history. Come back from being down 3-1 and win the Championship. The impossible mission starts Tuesday Game 6 in Boston.
