Follow The Leader?

Its showtime for real tonight? Kobe Bryant who was supposed to be the next Michael Jordan,Larry Bird, Magic Johnson and yeah I will say it Shaquille O’Neal. Bryant has to prove that he is worthy of being compared to these NBA legends. Part of being a legend is not just scoring but having to up lift your team. Kobe Bryant in the first two games has been the old Kobe. Bryant is looking fustrated, throwing towels getting technicals etc. Bryant is going to have to learn being a leader is all about how you handle pressure. Not swearing at the officals anytime a call doesn’t go your way. That’s what your head coach is for Phil Jackson. Bryant has got to get Odom,GaSol and the rest of the Lakers, on the same page to defeat this Boston Celtics team. So lets hold off calling Kobe the best player in the game lets see what he does in these coming games in L.A. I wonder if the Lakers lose at home. And the Celtics win the Championship in L.A., do you think Kobe will want to leave the Lakers? Things that make you say hmmmmm!!

Kobe is doing what he needs to do considering that the other players (Odom, Gasol) are not showing up. If I were Phil Jackson, next game I would take Odom out after the first foul and let him sit a whole lot longer. I would then alternate between Walton and Turiaf just to get some hard fouls on the Celtics.
