I am getting tired of hearing all these Missouri and Kansas fans crowing themselves Kings of the Big 12. Yes, the Huskers have been down for one year, but remember we won the North in 2006 and this year will be with our grasp. If KU can do what they did last year, then there is no reason the Huskers or even, how much I hate to say it, Colorado could do the exact same thing this year.

Missouri, in my opinion don’t even have the best quarterback in the league. You may not be even in the top three. Bradford is better, McCoy will rebound and Graham Harrell is the most non-talked about and may be the best. So what you had one good season, quit calling yourself a dynasty. Do you even know what a dynasty is in any sport? You may have had our number every other year. We will see if you can make history this year. Can anyone running their mouth remember or were you even alive cause I wasn’t the last time Mizzou beat the Huskers in Lincoln? That happened back in 1978. Well maybe this is your year, but we’ll see when your step into Memorial stadium and your surrounded by the HuskerNation.

Kansas, congrats on winning the Orange Bowl because it will be another couple of generations before you have that feeling again. Last year was the lord saying we need to give the bottom feeder a chance. That will all change this year you actually have a difficult  schedule this year . You thought it was a while since Mizzou beat the Huskers in Lincoln. You guys have to go all the way back to 1968. I will guarantee that streak will not end anytime soon. Just keep on thinking about that basketball championship.

Missouri, if you win the Big 12 North again Oklahoma will beat you in the Championship game again. So you Mizzou fans, keep reaching for the stars. Don’t believe everything that College Gameday feeds your head. Kansas you will be out of the top 25 by midseason and back to wondering what a bowl game is. To all the rest of the Big 12 North, the Giant will awake soon so cherish what you have now cause the HuskerNation will be ruling again in the near future for along time to come.
