It is being reported that Micheal Vick is staying in shape and also playing QB while serving his sentence.  The prison has football teams that compete on a regular basis.  Vick is reported to be the QB for all teams involved.  This might not seem like a lot, but if you think about it this will help Vick.  He is getting somewhat of a workout, throwing the ball, and most importantly missing the NFL.  I believe that with all this he will be more than willing to do what it takes to get back in the League.  I’m sure the NFL will love to have him back as well.  It is flag football not full contact.  This will help Vick be elusive in the pocket. It is also reported that Vick works out on a regular basis and is a model prisoner.  Let us just hope that he is also learning a valuable lesson and that Roger Goodell is also keeping tabs on Mikes progress.  It is also reported that Mike is washing dishes for 12 cents a hour.
