DALLAS in Stanley Cup Playoffs
I much rather talk about the Mavericks having a good run in the playoffs, but it seems the Dallas Stars have captured the hearts of many Dallas fans moving on to the next round of the Stanley Cup playoffs. I was there when the Stars won the Cup in 1999 against Buffalo. The Stars returned to the Finals again in 2000 against the Devils of New Jersey. With stars like Mike Modano, Marty Turco, Stu Barnes, and of course Brenden Morrow, the Stars are once again in postition to win a shot at Lord Stanley’s Cup. The Stars will face the San Jose Sharks in a best of 7 series. It is strange to think that Dallas will maybe get 2 Stanley Cups before we get 1 NBA Title……….HMMMMMM.
