BIG NAMES MAYBE TRADED ON DRAFT DAY

Written on April 25, 2008 – 4:36 am | by chanceblack |

sho162072.jpgtay338550.jpgjoh104425.jpgHere are some of the names of big time players that might be traded on Sat or Sun.  Jeremy Shockey, TE, Giants: after the Giants won the SuperBowl, rumor has it that Eli Manning played better without the outspoken TE.  Eli has stated he wants Shockey to stay in New York.  The Feeling around the town is that Kevin Boss is a little better than Shockey in run blocking situations and can catch as well, evident in the SuperBowl.

Jason Taylor, DE,Miami:  First Parcells cuts Zach Thomas NFL all-time tackles leader, now Jason Taylor maybe next.  Parcells was not too happy with Taylor doing the T.V. hit show “Dancing with the Stars” after a 1-15 season.  Plus Taylor is not willing to go thru the process of rebuilding.  Taylor would like to go to a contender for a shot at a ring.

Chad Johnson,WR,Bengals: Well I think maybe….just maybe  Marvin Lewis is starting to feel the heat.  After listening to the Redskins offer, the possibility of Chad not being traded is not so set in stone as Lewis would have you believe.  Chad has stated he will sit out this season.  The cat and mouse merry-go-round is starting to get old.  Johnson wants out and Bengals need help.  What more do you need to happen?
