How Old are You?

That is the question posed to Miguel Tejada on ESPN’s news magazine show E:60. His answer was 31. The truth however was 33. Now I don’t see the big deal we are talking about only two years. I guess when you lie on television it is a big deal. In what alot of people say is something that many Latin American players have done I am not sure why Tejada was singled out. Someone needs to tell me how old Julio Franco is. I say 60 what about you? For Tejada I guess age discrepancy is better than the whole steroid issue. Count your blessings. Tejada would later say ” I was a poor kid who wanted to sign”.
