The talk of the baseball season were the Detriot Tigers and that the Red Sox, Yanks and who ever comes out the American League West will have to fear them?  some experts were saying that this team the 2008 Tigers will score a thousand runs this year.  The Tigers in 6 games have scored 13 runs that’s and average of about 2 per game.

The Chicago White Sox came into this season with no high hopes this 2008 campaign in the AL Central was all about the Tigers and the Indians but who was the last team in this division to win a World Series Championship the Chicago White Sox won in 2005.  The White Sox who still have a solid hitting line up prove it this weekend by sweeping the Tigers.  The Tigers tonight trying to stop the losing streak at 6 totally looked like a team who has to there confidence back with mistake in the field they put there ace Verlander in a bad spot in the 6th on a routine ground ball Carlos Guillen drops a put out to first base the Tigers were already trailing 3-1 and then the flood gates open Verlander does the unthinkable with the bases loaded hits a batter and in comes in a run 4-1 WhiteSox.  When it was all said and done the ace for the Tigers Verlander went 5 innings 9 runs 4 earn as for Buehrle went 7 innings  and giving up 2 runs in his 1st win of the season the WhiteSox complete the sweep over the Tigers 13-2.
