The Champs Are Here-Spurs 117 Suns 115 !!!

Rudy Tomdonvich former coach of the Houston Rockets said it best”Never under estimated a heart of a champion.” Shaquille O’Neal got two fouls in the first 4 minutes of the game O’Neal in foul trouble the 1st half. The Spurs struggle from the floor in the 1st half but in 2 minutes and 43 seconds went on a 9-3 run to end the half the Spurs were down as many as 16 but with Tim Duncan being 7-9 from the floor in the 1st half and scoring 20 points the Sprus were only down by 8. Foul troble for the Suns with Stoudimere with 4 and O’Neal with 4 the spark in the third quarter was by point guard Tony Parker with 11 points in the quarter. Now the Suns this season when leading after the third quarter are 21-1.Shaquille O’Neal started dominating the game with 9 points in the second half but O’Neal became a lialbilty due to he couldn’t make a free throw and that were the Spurs took ther 1st lead of the game in the 4 th quarter. Shaq returns back in the game and make a key defense stop with 1 minute plus in the 4th Finley hit a three pointer to tie the game at 93 and went to overtime. Amarie Stoudimere drew a offensive foul with 12 seconds remianing instead of shooting a jumper and fouled WHY DIDN’T SUNS FOUL? Duncan hits a three pointer and double overtime. Tony Parker fouled out the first time in his career while Steve Nash made two out of three. Ginobli hit the game winning shot in double overtime and lead the team in the whole season in scoring Ginobli who is the first player since 1996 lead his team in scoring who is a player coming off the bench the last player that did that was Dominque Wilkins when he was a San Antonio Spurs.
