Motor City- Pistons 93 Sixers 84 !!!

Written on April 27, 2008 – 6:59 pm | by Harry Robinson |

The Detriot Pistons have been in a battle with young and hungry 76ers.  No team in this 1st round playoffs have won back to back games and as this series goes on you start to hear whispers about the Pistons are they too old or is the head coach Flip Sanders is just not a good enough coach for the team of championship veterans.  The 76ers had the lead the half 46-36.  The second half was a different story and the Pistons had to remind the 76ers this is a 48 minute game and you must play it as such.  The Pistons out scored the 76ers in the second half 57-38 and also shot well from the free throw line 19-22 at 86% the Sixers shot 70% 19-27.  The Pistons had 5 players in double figures lead by Tayshun Prince 23 as for the Sixers besides not shooting as well from the free throw line was not good in three point land being 3-9 so with the win the Pistons are now tied up at 2-2 and still no team has yet to win back to back games.  Game 6 will be on Tuesday night.
