The Las Vegas odd makers made the Celtics a 40-1 favortie to beat the Atlana Hawks and if last night is anyway that the rest of the series is going to go the odd makers are right.  The most glaring stat that can be said about this game at the end of the 1st half Josh Smith and Mike Bibby had a total of 4 pts.  The Hawks shot 21% from three point range being 3-14 the Celtics were 9-16 56%. The only bright spot for the Hawks was Al Horford with 20 points and 10 rebounds.  The Celtics the Big three hit 5 three pointers Pierce,16,Garnett16 and Allen with 18. Doc Rivers coach of the Boston Celtics had this to say”We’ll take the win, but we did some things I know we can do better on both ends of the floor,” Coach Rivers had this to say.  If you’re the Hawks you better hope that what Coach Rivers says falls on deaf ears if not this will be a quick playoff appearnce by the Hawks.
