The Phillies have had the New York Mets number they’ve won the 9 out of 10 meeting taking on the Mets.  The Mets and Phillies played a thriller last night that went into extra innings.  The Mets who were up 3-1 in the 8th former MVP Ryan Howard hits a homerun over the centerfield wall to tie it up at 3-3.  Angel Pagan hit a single in the 12th inning Reyes with a close play at the plate and Reyes and the Mets win 4-3 and take two out of three against the Phillies.”The way that we won I think gives us some momentum and hopefully we can use that going forward,” David Wright said. “Everything was extremely negative after that first loss. To come and take this series after dropping that first one hopefully gives us some confidence.”
