The New Orleans Hornets  has the best record than anyone in the Western Conference.  The Hornets tonight were going for the 5th win in a row and tonight was and NBA fans dream Lebron James Vs. Chris Paul the battle of the MVP’S.  James who this year has taken his game to the next level and Paul no doubt is the putting one of the best point guard performances in the history of the NBA and anyone who was able to see this game was not disapointed.

The Hornets started the game off on a high level by scoring 56 points in the 1st half and a team like the Cavaliers who pride themselves on defense they couldn’t been to happy as a team how they were playing as a club on the defensive side of the ball. The Cleveland Cavaliers out rebounded the Hornets 48 to 33 and part of the big rebounding edge was Zydrunas Ilgauskas who had 15 boards with 29 points. Varejao also got involved with rebounds he also had 15 and James 21 you would think this was a great night for the Cavs but they were taking on Chris Paul who only had 15 points but had 20 assit and 15 of them were in the 1st half.  The Hornets in all had 5 people on the team in double figures.  The stat that jumps out at you team wise was the Hornets hit 11 three pointers and the Cavs hit only five but with all said and done the Hornets won the game with clutch jumper by power forward David West.”We knew we were going to have a chance to get the ball to Chris Paul and let him create,” Scott said. “We knew we were going to get a good look at it. If we got the shot, we didn’t want to leave a lot of time on the clock. It was .6 when David nailed it.  The Hornets with the win continue to have the top record in the West at 49-21 and playing .700 basketball who is the MVP how can you not say Chris Paul !!!
