There maybe real trouble in the lone star state.  It has been reported that after Dallas lost to the Lakers Mavericks owner Mark Cuban had a few choice words for Avery Johnson and Mark Cuban one of the most out spoken owners in sports if your Avery Johnson you might have to start thinking how safe is my job after this season?

Dallas Mavericks played a good strong defensive first half and by only allowing the Spurs to only score 36 in total bu the problem for the Mavs is that they could only muster up 40 therefore it was only a 4 point lead going into the 2nd half of the game.  In the second half the worst thing that can happened to the Mavs Dirk Nowitziki on a two on one fast break fell wrong on his leg and had to be helped off the court.”I fell awkwardly and my left leg got caught underneath of me,” Nowitzki said in a statement. “I am going to get re-evaluated in the morning and I hope to have more information then.” To make matters worst the Spurs in the 2nd half went on a 19-0 run and was able to pull away with the victory against the Mavs 88-81.  The Spurs with the win has won the regular season series against the Mavs 3-1.  The huge red flag for the Mavs is there franchise player will be out at least two weeks he will have and MRI Monday morning.
