Best Of The West Spurs 93 Nets 83 !!!
The San Antonio Spurs went to the Izod center last night and let it be known that it is the second half of the season and it is go time. Tony Parker lead the way with 25 points 8 rebounds and 7 assit. Mr. fundemental Tim Duncan had 13 points and 14 rebounds.
Tony Parker missed some game this season due to a bad ankel injury but now seems to be back in the groove and for the next 20 plus games in the season is looking to make sure the Spurs have the best record in the Western Conference. “These road wins are very important,” said Parker, who recently returned to the lineup after missing nine games with an ankle injury. “The race in the West is very tight. You can’t afford too many tough losses on the road or against teams that you should win against. It was very important to stay focused and take advantage.” The Spurs with the win is in 1st place in the West with the Lakers a few percentage points behind them. The race to the top should be a classic.
