19-0Run-76ers 95 Celtics 90 !!!
The 76ers head coach Maurice Cheeks has to be in the runing for coach of the year. Yeah I know Phil Jackson,Doc Rivers,Bryon Scott and you have and argument but Maurice Cheeks has done a job of the ages. This season started off as bad as can be your biggest star Allen Iverson is gone and it seemed that your franchise was heading to the dark ages but Maurice Cheeks who won a championship on the 82/83 76ers prove is now starting to prove that he is a champion as a head coach as well.
The 76ers before tonights game was for the month of March are 8-2 with this outstanding month they’re now have a chance to move up in the Eastern Conference but tonights game going up against the Boston Celtics was going to be a long night for the 76ers. The Celtics with 8 plus minutes left in the game seemed to have this game tucked away with and 80-69 lead and then BOOM the 76ers went off. The 76ers went on a 19-0 run sparked by Andre Iguodala who scored 10 straight baskets. The Boston Celtics just didn’t play good ball in the last quarter Garnett,Allen and Pierce scored only 5 points in the final quarter also the Celtics had 15 turnovers in the game 5 of them were in the final quarter. The Celtics shot 29% in the final quarter the 76ers had three players in double figures Miller,20,Iguodala,28 and Thadues Young 16.

Nice to see Philly getting a little attention. They have really been playing terrific. Iguodola + Andre Miller having been getting a lot of credit for the team playing so well, but probably the biggest thing is that Dalembert has been a force in the middle. Also Thaddeus Young looks like a steal at 11 in the draft this past season. He’s only 19 and has been playing big minutes and playing great.
