Classic Performace-TarHeels 83 Louisville 73!!!

I wrote and article not too long ago and said that this guy Hansbrough was “OVERATED HYPE” after watching the performance that this young man Hansbrough put on ranks up there with Christian Latiner,Ed Pickney,Larry Johnson. Hansbrough I never thought he could show up and play with so much heart and put this team on his back and take them to a final four. Hansbrough deserves to have his number retired no doubt about it.
This the coming out party for one Tyler Hansbrough the three time All American had a game of his career. The TarHeels had control of this game in the first half scoring on second chance shots and controlling the back boards. David Padgett didn’t score in the 1st half Danny Green coming off the bench in the 1st half was outstanding by scoring 11 points. The second half Rick Pittino made some adjustments David Padgett started to touch the ball and Louisville started attacking the basket and started to get easy shots and in the painted area. Terrance Williams the sophmore with 14,Jerry Smith Sophmore 17 and the Junior Terrance Williams with 14 and didn’t play aggressive enough didn’t try to much to take the game over cost Louisvillie and Danny Green being in foul trouble the stage was set for Tyler Hansbrough who put on a performance that will go down as one of the classics in NCAA tournament history. Hansbrough did everything you can name in this game rebound, score in the painted area out hustle everyone play tough defense shoot the jumper and DUNK. Pittino put a great game plan together to beat the Tarheels but did not put a plan together for Hansbrough WOW. Hansbrough 28 points and 13 boards shot 12/17 from the field. This is for the school there 17th final four and Roy Williams his sixth final four apperance as a head coach.
