Like I said on the show CBlack show me the football players not these guys at this glorified meat market. What you have done with your coverage has been excellent and this is no knock on you or what you have done. I’m just saying I need football players. Guys like Zach Thomas, Jerry Rice hell even a guy like John Lynch we don’t hear about there 40 times or how many times they bench pressed 325. But we do know they are going to the Hall of Fame. You talked about Mario Manningham stock dropping because of his 40 time. I hav seen this guy in live action and he can play. Who ever gets this guy in the draft will have them a player.
I agree kbarkley. But you have to admit when you know you have a great player (i.e. McFadden) and he runs a 4.33 (faster than every other rb in the combine save 1 guy who is much smaller) it would make me think long and hard about McFadden at 3. I think ATL is going to pick the qb ryan, but to me you KNOW what McFadden will bring where as QBs are much more iffy. Then again McFadden may be gone by 3.
