The votes are in and now we know who will start in the 2008 NBA All-Star Game.  The 57th NBA All-Star game will take place in New Orleans Feb. 17.  The weekend will kick off on Feb. 15 with the T-Mobile Rookie Challenge and the following day we have the Shooting Stars, Skills Challenge, Three-Point Shootout, and  Slam Dunk Contest.  In this years Slam Dunk Contest you have defending champ Gerald Green, also in the line-up Dwight Howard (who placed 3rd last year), Rudy Gay and Jamario Moon.   This years starters for East and West are
