The youngest head coach in NFL history is told to get out.  Al Davis owner of the Raiders and General Manager has reportedly had enough of  Lane Kiffin.  Kiffin who last season record was at 4-12 and actually doubled the Raiders season before he got there.  Art Shell was the coach that Kiffin replaced.  ESPN is reporting that Al Davis sent Kiffin a resign letter and wanted the young coach to sign it.  Kiffin unlikley to sign the letter due to there is 4 million left on his contract and if he signs the letter Kiffin will not recived the money.  Al Davis is reportedly talking to Dennis Green and James Lofton. If Kiffin is releaved from his dutties he will be the third different coach in three seasons for the Raiders.
