The 57 year old Pete Carroll head coach of the USC trojans is now in talks to be the new Atlanta Falcons head coach.  Carroll has won 2 national champions with USC and is considered to have the best progam in college football.  Pete Carroll was the head coach for the Jets and Patriots but for the past 7 seasons Carroll has been the head man at USC.  The last NFL team you would ever think of approaching a college coach will the Atlanta Falcons right? You’re wrong the Falcons and Pete Caroll are in talks of Carroll coming to the Falcons and having all control of the operations.  I just don’t understand the thinking with Mr. Blank on this one the Falcons owner how in the hell can you even think about bringing another College coach to the NFL?  If you think Bobby Petrino left you in the dust for Arkansas how many programs you think will be after Pete Carroll.  Carroll is used being on top than to come to the Falcons where he will have to start rock bottom to help the Falcons even be able to play competive football.  Mr.  Blank I think you are one of the smartest business man of our time, but now it seems you are running the Falcons like a lemonade stand.  Mr. Blank if Rich McKay brought this idea to you please fire his ass right now.  Mckay is setting you up to look like a fool.  Think about it Mr. Blank how the hell is McKay interviewing the coach that going to take his place?  It just doesn’t add up.  Mr. Blank please don’t hire Pete Carroll he will leave the Falcons when the Notre Dame job becomes open after this year.  Get a NFL coach leave the college game alone.
