Can Plaxico Be The Next Joe Namith??

Plaxico Burress has put it out there that the 2008 Super Bowl will be for the Giants. Eventhough the Giants are 12 a point underdog Burress has now put himself as either looking like a DUMB ASS or looking like the Super Bowl winner Joe Namith. The Jets were a 18 point underdog when Namith made the classic ” I guaranteed we will be the Colts.” Namith and the Jets were able to pull off the upset 16-7. Now fast forward to 2008 The Giants are now up against the unbeaten train called the New England Patriots and Plaxico who was the best player on the field Vs. GreenBay in the NFC ChampionShip game now has poked out his chest and said we will be the three time Champions New England Patriots 23-17. Plaxico can he and the Giants pull off the biggest upset arguably in SuperBowl history?? Only time will tell.

Giants definitely have a shot. But the don’t have enough bullets in the gun for that shot to hit the target. I know K-Boogie would love to see them do it because he’s been a Giants fan for years, but I can’t see it happening right now. I will root for them though just because they rep the NFC and the NFC EAST which is the home of the Eagles, who will be back on top of that division next year.
