39 Not Enough-Pistons 90 Lakers 89 !!!

The L.A. Lakers started there 9 game road trip tonight. Kobe Bryant wanted to send a message to the Pistons tonight taken on his child hood friend Richard Hamilton who by the way Bryant and Hamilton will be in the NBA 3 point shooting contest All-Star weekend . The Lakers started out slow then in the 3 quarter turned it on winning the quarter 27-15 and having a lead going into the 4th quarter. The Pistons defense turned it all around with outscoring the Lakers in the 4th quarter 23-17 which was the lowest point total for the Lakers in the game. Prince for the Pistons was the a player of the game and hit the game winning shot with 4.4 seconds left with a good assit from Billups and Prince drained the three and Detriot was able to come up with the win. Bryant once again lead the way for the Lakers by scoring 39 and Fisher had a good game with 15,but the Lakers can not win on this road trip If odom is going to only score 6 points.
