MVP TO THE YANKS???

There is a hot new rumor going in baseball that the New York Yankees have there eye on the Boston Red Sox MVP Mike Lowell. You may say wait a minute the Yankees just renew the contract of Alex Rodriguez so where can they put Lowell at?

The New York Yankees is looking for power at 1st base and Lowell seems to have sparked the Yanks intrest. First base is a position that the Yanks is looking to improve with the bust of Jason Giambi the Yanks feel that Lowell is the perfect fit. Right now the Red Sox are offering a three year contract worth 40 to 45 million. Lowell is looking for a guarnteed 4 year deal and the Bronx Bombers might be the team to give it to him. I guess the talk of rebuilding that the Yanks was speaking about is now over with the signing of Posada A-Rod soon to be Rivera the Yanks have one thing on there mind and that is the number 27th championship coming in the Bronx in 08.
