What Now Les?

Yes the coach I absolutley love to hate has done it again. Les Miles has single handedly taken a golden opportunity and has blown it. LSU sat two games away from the National Championship. After Friday night they sit a Tennessee loss away from facing a team they want no part of in the SEC Championship (Georgia). It took three overtimes and there were many instances that the Tigers could have quit but didn’t. For that I give it up to the players. But this team with all its talent should not have loss to Kentucky nor should they have loss to Arkansas. Yes it took a Heisman like performance from Darren McFadden to take this victory away from LSU. But I can’t help but think what these guys had to go through the minute that Lloyd Carr stepped down at the University of Michigan. Amid all the questions there was never a denial from Miles about whether he wanted to go to Michigan or stay in Louisiana. Yes I know that he is a Michigan man and you can’t put a price on going home and having your dream job. Believe me I know what he is going through. If someone came to me and my co-hosts and said we want to take the Sidelineshow national hey I’m there. No matter where I worked even if I were at ESPN. So I really feel for him on one accord as he goes throught this tought time of making a decision right now. But I can’t help but also think that right now you are on the cusp of doing something great. Especially with the coach you replaced struggling in his new gig. And again you blow it. I don’t understand. As many times as I have said that last year you have on your team, better yet leading your team, and you come up short. You have the consenous number 1 team in the land with again maybe another number 1 draft pick and you can’t win the big one. There is a reason you were the coach at Oklahoma State and not Oklahoma or Texas a big time program. Before you take down tradition rich school like Michigan maybe Les Miles you should take a look in the mirror and ask yourself can I win the big one? My answer to you is resounding NO!!!!!!!!!!!

Do you know how fast is he going to try to get his sorry ASS in Michigan?? If I am current head coach of the Atlanta Falcons Bobby Petrino I have to go interview for the Michigan Job.

Why? The Michigan job is not that great. LSU is a better place to be than Michigan. If you think he is bad in the SEC Jim Tressel is going to eat him alive.

Michigan is still a great job and the Big 10 is much easier to deal with from a competition and scrutiny standpoint. Les may dip out. I think it would be a punk move, but He could win a championship at Michigan just as easily as he could at LSU.
