It only took twelve hours but Houston Nutt has landed on his feet and not too far from the Arkansas Razorbacks. Ole Miss has named Nutt their new head coach. Now this move is not unprecedented by no means with coaches coaching two teams from the same conference. Most recently Nick Saban ( LSU, Alabama), Steve Spurrier ( Florida,South Carolina), past coaches such as Paul Bear Bryant (Kentucky, Alabama) and Bill Curry ( Alabama, Kentucky). What puzzles me is this only took twelve hours. On top of that Nutt was offered a two year extension to stay in Fayetteville. So it seems that talks with Ole Miss proceeded the extension. Now how will Nutt be received when the Rebels visit Arkansas in the future.
