In her lyrics she lost a love/love one so dear to heart that life becomes questionable. GOD knows we have all been there. We have been there where we think twice, maybe even three times. And yet day by day we slowly heal searching for the answers as they reveal. We remember old and new loves. We escape, we come back & then a new day comes the new person - “me”

way to go sista girl! nice commentary….love this album. Alicia has really grown and you can hear it in her music. She sings from the soul. My favorite song…her duet with Common…fantastic!
