We will see You again-LSU
It’s your boy K-Boogie and before I blog on this great Saturday of college football I have to get this off my chest. After being in front of the television for the last four hours seeing the LSU Tigers get off the matt and beat my Florida Gators 28-24 I must say this.
LSU made the plays a team with a champions heart are supposed to make. Taking nothing and I mean nothing away from the Tigers I will say this “We will see You again”. WHat I saw from the Gators was a young team growing up right before my eyes. The nation felt that LSU would just steamroll my squad to an easy victory in front of 92,000 plus in Baton Rouge. What you saw was the foundation for a team that will be hell to deal with the rest of this season and for many seasons to come. The offensive coaching staff had a gameplan that had the vaunted LSU front seven guessing all night. Tebow masterfully led the Gators up and down the field answering all challenges the Tigers put forth. The young offensive line held there own against the best front line in the league and arguably the nation. The young defense held there own against what some consider the bes offensive line in the conference. The young secondary has found two new players in true freshmen Major Wright(free safety) and Joe Haden(cornerback). The latter played quarterback in highschool and came to Gainesville as a receiver and has only been playing the position for about four months. All he did was record 11 tackles and had an interception. If the Gators come to play the way they did tonight there is one message I want to send to the rest of the SEC look out. The players are there on offense led by all everything quarterback Tim Tebow and all everything Percy Harvin. The defense is starting to come around and when they make full circle look out I say look out. To the LSU Tigers I say enjoy it now cause when we see you in the Georgia Dome for the SEC championship it will be different story. Mark my words.
