NO FUN LEAGUE
September 20, 2007 |
Terrell Owens is the latest person to be fined by the NFL after poking fun at the New England Patriots spying scandal during a touchdown. During the game against the Dolphins T.O. ran behind the goal post and used the football as a camera and acted like he was filming something. All in good fun but after seeing the videotape the NFL fined him $7,500. “It wasn’t even the fact I used the goal post as a prop,” Owens said. “They said I used the ball.” T.O. plotted his celebration days before, after getting suggestions from callers on his weekly radio show.
