New York Yankees' Alex Rodriguez takes a curtain call after hitting a two-run home run during seventh inning MLB baseball against the Seattle Mariners Wednesday night, Sept. 5, 2007 at Yankee Stadium in New York. It was the second home run for Rodriguez in the inning.

Alex Rodriguez put his bid into becoming the MVP for the American League. Rodriguez in the 7^th inning the Yankees being down 2-1 hit a homerun to tie it up at 2. The homerun was his 47^th of the year, but the third basemen weren’t done yet. Rodriguez after a big rally came up in the same inning a hit a two run homerun to give the Yankees a 10-2 victory. “I can’t relate to it. It’s unbelievable,” said Jeter, who stood at home plate applauding Rodriguez’s memorable feat. “I haven’t seen anything like it in all my years playing. It’s not that easy.”
