How the West was Won
In the Westeren Conference, the top four teams in the standing have built up a sizable lead. Within the top four battling it out for home court adavantage, just who will emerge on top? The San Antonio Silver Stars and the Phoenix Mercury are two of the hottest teams in the WNBA and the Sacramento Moarchs are not too far behind. In total only four games separate first place and fourth place.
Neither the Mercury nor the Silver Stars made the playoffs last year, but they find themselves on top of the conference standing. Monarchs have four at home and five on the road and Seattle Storm will finish with four at home and three away. The Storm is the only team midly in jeopardy here.
Los Angeles Sparks are only three games behind Seattle now and not necessarily out of the race, but they need some help. Houston and Minnesota, while not completely out would have to catch fire down the stretch. The Lynx, the only team on the verge of elimination have lost 20 games this season. Lets see who will be the last team standing.

What can be said but… the West is the best. Westside!
