New QB in Nebraska
Head Coach Bill Callahan answered the question of who will lead the Huskers offense on the field for the season-opener against Nevada on Sept 1 by announcing Sam Keller as NU’s starting quarterback following practice on Monday. “I’ve got to mention there was great competition throughtout camp,” said Coach Callahan. Junior Joe Ganz will be the back-up to Keller this season. “It’s an honor. It’s something I’ve been waiting for a long time,” says Keller.
