Co-Defendants roll on Vick
The two reaming co-defendants have reportedly struck a deal with the U.S. Government, to plea guilty on dog charges. “We are very surprised about the pleas from Peace and Phillips but this will not affect us in moving forward with our case,” said Collins R. Spencer III, a spokesman for Vick’s attorneys. The government has stated that they will give Mike Vick up to Friday for a plea agreement. If not Vick is to stand trial on his own and the deal will be taken off the table, if convicted Vick could serve the maximum of 5 years in prison.
